Delphi XE3, C++Builder XE3, Prism XE3 and HTML5 Builder is coming!!!
Embarcadero just announced RAD Studio XE3 World Tour, which will show the new versions of Delphi, C++Builder, Prism and the “new” HTML5 Builder.
This new version will bring some new features related with the new Windows 8 UI, which Microsoft called Metro and will call something else as they release Windows 8, FireMonkey and others stuffs that will be announced later.
I will be posting my thoughts about this new version as soon Embarcadero release that. This is going to be my first independent and imparcial review about a new version since I left Embarcadero, stay tuned.
Sorry, your title is misleading/wrong. Delphi X3 is equal to XE2. XE3-C++Builder contains the old XE2 C++ compiler (no 64 bit support yet). XE3 is just a small XE2 update.
Denis, how do you know? Are you a field tester violating your NDA, or are you just sucking information from your thumb? Guess what I’d say.
I’ve been waiting for XE3. I wonder if HTML5 Builder shouldn’t just be a feature of the Delphi IDE?
Start talking about no iOS support on XE3. It will be delayed to next Q1 2013 (we hope). What do you think about iy?
Soy fanático tuyo desde hace un tiempo, es una lastima que no estés mas en embarcadero, pero en fin. Suerte en todo. Cambiando de tema, he descargado HTML5 Builder, creo que es bueno el entorno de desarrollo, ,mejora mucho al antecesor RAD PHP X2, aunque no existe mucha información de la programación de aplicaciones, solo llevo 1 día con el software y creo que intentaré aprender esta herramienta para realizar un curso desde lo básico, me gustaría ver en tu blog algo de esta tecnología. Gracias
